CEO Sheldon Yellen is the 'Undercover Boss' (Sun., 9PM ET on CBS) for Belfor Restoration, a disaster recovery company that restores damaged property. While working with Jen, a water tech, he learns that she'd received a promotion the year before but never got a raise to go with it.
Yellen tears up and says, "I don't think I'm supposed to do this," as he removes his hat, glasses and toupee. He divulges his true identity and tells her, "You're getting that raise that you want, and thank you for representing us the way you do." Jen starts tearing up, too, and the moment ends with a hug.
